After freezing weather, a large hotel in Connecticut experienced multiple pipe breaks. This resulted in an epic flooding disaster. Most of the breaks occurred on the top floor, pouring hundreds of gallons of water onto all five floors of the hotel. Mold quickly spread as the walls and floors remained damp. Fortunately, they called us before the damage got any worse.
We were able to quickly assemble a team to remove the damaged walls and floors. Then we brought in more than one hundred dehumidifiers, two hundred air movers, and fifty-three air scrubbers to keep the mold from spreading.
