Ernisha takes over from the great leadership of our past president, Cedric McMinn, and has her eyes pushing YPN Miami to becoming a driving force of professional development, civic engagement, and purposeful networking for our members. As YPN Miami stays true to our mission of connecting, developing, and empowering our members, you can expect to see an aggressive calendar of programming to help you grow and help impact our community.

Thanks to our elected officials – State Senator Dwight Bullard, State Representative Cynthia A. Stafford, School Board Member Dr. Dorothy Bendross-Mindingall, and Miami Commissioner Keon Hardemon for hosting this event for our community.
