Casandra “Coach Cass” Roache, is a New York Native of Jamaica descent living in Florida making a difference in the lives of women.  Coach Cass is the founder of InspireMany.com, a company started to empower and teach women how they can create positive lasting change through life coaching. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a specialization in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from Florida International University.
