Yolanda Paschal is second year associate-attorney at Carlton Fields and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Trade Regulation Practice Group. Ms. Paschal got her start with Carlton Fields as a summer associate in 2007 and 2008 and was a University of Miami Foreclosure Defense Fellow with Legal Services of Greater Miami prior to that.

Miss Evelyn Onyejuruwa (on-yeh-joo-roo-wa) is a Nigerian native raised in South Florida. She received a Bachelors degree from the University of Florida and dual Masters degrees in Health Service Administration & Public Health from Barry University.

Monique D. Hayes currently practices in the area of bankruptcy law at Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. Prior to joining the firm, she served as law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Laurel Myerson Isicoff and was a staff attorney at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., where she practiced in the area of consumer housing litigation representing low income clients in landlord/tenant disputes and consumer bankruptcy proceedings.
