In observance of this important day, TACOLCY in partnership with Empower U will host a mini-fair on Feb. 7, 2012 from 12 to 8 p.m. including free testing, workshops, a bounce house, snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy, a kids corner, a movie screening and more.
